Close call.

Doofing on the weekend was excellent, had a beautiful day, tripped some balls, felt happy.
Until the music stopped.
Suddenly I was out of my mind (or so I believed) and I couldn't detect any positivity.
I panicked at the sense and completely missed what I had to confront. Which was myself, and remaining open despite the party finishing.
I tucked away and hid, and paranoia began, made a small bit of a twat of myself.

When we actually did leave, I thought about it. I realised I had just stopped being there. I was trying to defend my pain by pretending it wasn't there. And the fact that I was coming down of dexies, alcohol and lsd didn't help.
So I have learned, yes drugs are fun, I had a wicked day.
Over intoxicating however...
Runs the body down, thus slows brain activity. Which result's in tiredness, depression and then confusion and paranoia.
I forgot to relax.
So here I am, after a what started to be a horrible days work, turned out to be a relaxing day's work.
Next doof I will go it sober, see if I can have the same confidence without lsd and dexies.

The state I went into is what a lot of people would refer to as drug psychosis. And it's true, it feels incredibly manic and anxious. If you stay in it for too long..
Well I don't want to know what that would feel like.
