I remember all to well the sickening draft of a person gone dead. Especially my own reeking breath, spitting useless garbarge and hearing nothing but pain.
This is where I take myself when I feed the dark lion within me. I used to power the beast unknowingly, cursed myself with pretending to be confused.
It's okay to be a fuckhead if you consider youreself to be retarded.
The reality, no it isn't, but that's the idea a lot of people have.
This beast has grown quite large and hideous, incredibly powerful and able to shift around very easily, do what it wants, eat who it likes.
Small children, billy goats.
I know this beast so well. His name is Formido.
For a long time I believed that this was me, I was a dark beast, without a clue.
Confused and full of fear. Searching for some kind of direction, a clue to why things were that way.
I went out into the bush and took it head on, I stopped.
Just for a moment, and I found what I was looking for.
Peace.
I discovered the Gift Of Divinity within me, my own light I can feel and express.
This resonated from my heart.
I found my inner light, my own inner creature to battle the horrible beast that had raped and thrashed almost every bit of self respect I had left.
This creatures name is Aduro.
This creature represents the love and courage, strength and honesty within me.
Auduro is the unawakened potential I have just discovered, something new and full of power, transformation and beauty. Aduro is incredibly powerful and light footed, kind and honest.
This creature needs no armour or weaponry to battle, it's own advantage is that it needs no actual anger to fight, this creature is incredible this way. His advantage is his own life force, his own being that counters the attacks of Formido.
These 2 are opposites, like yin and yang. 2 seperate energies that create life and as a whole, become a force like no other. The force that drives every single motion within this universe, and within every being.
Without these two counter parts, I would not be whole. Without recognising them both for their attributes and their own parts to play within my life, I would not be human, and would not have the same abilities I do posses.
Without their recognition, a person will never be fulfilled.
The cheif told his grandson that there are 2 wolves within him, one of dark and one of light, and both battle head to head, causing hurt and pain.
The grandson asked his grandfather Cheif; Which wolf will win?
The Cheif replied
"The one you feed"
